With our quick and efficient ordering process, and our secure online checkout, you can shop with confidence

Online Ordering: 

Once you have browsed through our product range, and are ready to make a purchase, just add your item/s by clicking “Add to bag” on each item you wish to purchase (“Add More” is a quick way to increase the quantity of that particular item), and once you have completed your list, click “Go to Checkout” on the last item you choose or click the trolly symbol at the top right corner. 

Once in the checkout you can now apply a discount code (if applicable) to your order. Simply click on “Redeem your coupon” and add the code that is relevant to that order. 

Now you are ready to check your items in the shopping cart, and if ready to buy, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your transaction:

Enter email address

Choose UK Delivery or Bristol Collection - and fill out the required info

Make payment through our secure online checkout

Receive your order confirmation.

And thats everything you need to do, as once we receive your order, we do the rest and keep you informed every step of the way! 

Phone Orders:

If it is easier to call our sales line to discuss the products your require, or advice on our product range, we offer a phone ordering service:

Simply call our sales line and either provide the product codes you wish to order, or we can discuss the requirements you may have and advise what we have on offer. We will then complete the order for you, by applying any discount codes (If Applicable) then taking payment over the phone, and arranging delivery or collection of your item/s.
